Returning an Item Rules & Policies

At PaintPolisher our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to PaintPolisher within 30 days of receiving the item(s) (Subject to the rules and policies set forth below), at which time we'll gladly exchange it for another item or give you a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price (excluding shipping charges*,) whichever you prefer.
How do I return an item?
To return an item(s) you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number

Enclose a note or letter in your package containing the following information:
Name, address, and daytime phone number
List of items you are returning
Let us know if you want to return or exchange the item(s)
Pack items safely for shipping
Mail the package back insured
Send pre-authorized returns to:

Return Policy:
To return an item(s) you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number
Return the unused portion with a copy of your RMA number for a full refund
Send your package back using the shipper of your choice to the address above
Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise being returned
Return shipping fees are non-refundable
No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted
Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return has processed
Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit
We'll refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges*)
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges*)
Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your credit
Adjustments to credit cards should appear on your statement within two billing cycles
* Refunding Delivery Charges:
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery and handling fees placed on online orders
If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, delivery and handling costs will not be refunded
